The Charles Darwin University (briefly known as CDU) is a prestigious public university located in the northern territory of Australia. CDU is known to be a relatively young university established in the year of 2003 & named after the famous naturalist Charles Darwin. As a matter of fact, it is also a part of the association of 7 Innovative Research universities, in Australia. CDU has five campuses along with five study centers.

CDU provides a wide spectrum of programs in the areas of arts, architecture, business, education, engineering, environmental science, health sciences, information technology, law, science & social work. The students also have the flexibility to study both on campus & externally. The university provides numerous higher education degrees along with vocational education & training courses which also makes it a dual-sector university. There are more than 22,000 students currently enrolled in CDU. They also provide alternative options for studying especially for the mature-aged student.
